Return policy

You can return your order up to 30 days after receipt. We will ensure that the purchase amount is credited to your bank account within five working days of receiving the return.

Returning items is easy in three steps

Step 1: Fill out the return form
Download the return form and fill it out completely.

Step 2: Send your order
Send the items together with the completed return form to the address indicated on the return form.
Please note: returns are sent to our warehouse abroad. Make sure you send the package with a tracking code (Track & Trace); as the sender, you are responsible for the shipment.

Step 3: Receive your refund
As soon as we receive your return, we will refund the purchase amount to your bank account within five business days.
